When An Angry Customer Yell At Me That Rose Wholesale Is a Fucking Scam

Firstly i want to say i’m a real person, yeah, i’m rose li and responsible for rose wholesale reviews blog and press release. When an angry customer yell at me that rose wholesale is a fucking scam, what should i do? I know every business has its growing pain. Rose wholesale has no 100% customer satisfaction. and I admit that no less than one customer come to my Faceboook and said rose wholesale is a scam or fraud. but that means I should smile to those who said ” fuck you” or “fuck rose wholesale”?

when the first angry customer came to my Faceboook and yell at me that rose wholesale is a fucking scam, I’m a 100% licensed customer service, I smiled to him and tried to explain to him that rose wholesale is a true company and may I help him if he had any complaint against rose wholesale. yeah, I’m failed. he refused to offer me his order number and just said fuck you, rose wholesale is a scam and use children labor, and said I’m guilty of working at rose wholesale. I’m angry for his rude words but still continue to explain to him that rose wholesale offers many employment opportunities to children’s parent instead of children, if he came to China, I will be his guide and take him visit our company. at last, no any answer.

when the second angry customer came to my Faceboook and leave negative reviews under my private post, I still ask may I help him if he had any complaint against rose wholesale. the result is still that he didn’t tell me his order number just said ” fuck you, rose wholesale is a fucking scam”, this time, I’m angry, I told him “this is my privacy post just want to celebrate the happy new year, if you have any complaints against rose wholesale, tell me your order information, I will help to solve it. but if you just come here and want to insult me, I refuse it.” guess what? this angry customer apologised to me for his words and offered me his order details. at last, I contact rose wholesale customer service and give this customer a full refund. we became friends.

when the third angry customer came to my Faceboook and said rose wholesale is a fucking scam, I take it lightly, still said sorry for the unhappy shopping experience with rose wholesale, and ask her to offer me her order information. yeah, she was still angry and refuse to give me the order number. but what make me happy is my Faceboook friends(almost are rose wholesale customers ever complaint against rose wholesale or consult me about their order) watched the whole process of our conversation, several friends send messages to me and comfort me, several friends leave comments below our conversation and stand by my side. it really encourages me to be more excellent.

what i posted this article is not to say I’m right and angry customers are wrong. I just want to impress my improvement when dealing with angry complaints. and pls rest assured that we will try our best to solve your problem if you have any complaints. you still could yell at us. but what I could do is just help to solve your problem. and, I want to please you, rose wholesale customer, be tender to rose wholesale. it’s a Chinese company. there are many different cultures between us and you, it cause many misunderstands.
